Giggles and Grace Children’s Consignment Sale Sellers Agreement

This consignment agreement is made between ________________________(the consignor)
AKA ___________(seller number) and Giggles and Grace Consignment Sale.

It is agreed as follows: (Please initial each line)

1.	________	I agree that I am consigning clothing and children’s goods with Giggles & Grace Consignment sale held at Marietta Church of God. I understand that I will receive 70% of the total sales price of my items.
2.	________	I understand there is an administration fee of $8.00 that is used to defer the cost of advertising that will be deducted from my total earnings.
3.	________	I understand that Saturday is considered ½ price day. If I do not clip my tags on the TOP RIGHT CORNER I understand that my items will be sold at ½ Price. No tags will be returned. I must keep my own inventory sheet.
4.	________	I understand I MUST highlight my seller number on ALL tags.
5.	________	I have read through all the seller details and guidelines and agree to abide by all the rules.
6.	________	I understand that any items remaining at the end of Saturday pickup will be donated to charity regardless of any other instructions. (No exceptions)
7.	________	All car seats I put in the sale meet current safety regulations and have not been involved in any kind of accident.
8.	________	I agree not to put any defective item(s) in the sale. All toys are completely operational and not missing any parts. All pieces are included in puzzles. All video tapes/DVD’s are playable.
9.	________	I understand that the Giggles & Grace sale reserves the right to reject any item that may be considered inappropriate or offensive. All clothes that do not meet the criteria will also be rejected.
10.	________	I understand I MUST cash my check within 90 days of receipt.
11.	________	I agree to hold harmless and make no claim against Giggles and Grace Consignment Sale, the leasers of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer, or insurer of Giggles and Grace Consignment Sale for ANY damage, theft or loss of any items consigned to Giggles and Grace Consignment Sale. I assume the risks of these events occurring by participating in the sale.
12.	________	Consignor or Volunteer agrees to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in the sale from whatever cause against Giggles and Grace Consignment Sale, the leasers of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer, or the insurer of Giggles and Grace Consignment Sale.
13	________	A $20.00 fee will be deducted from your consignment earnings for each shift signed up for and did not work. Please Note: THIS FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED EVEN IF YOU SIGNED-UP BUT COULD NOT SHOP THE PRE-SALE. Before you cancel for an emergency, please try to find someone else to fill your shift for you (husband, mother-in-law, etc. PLEASE have them sign their name w/for your name beside it on the sign in sheet). By signing up for a shift you acknowledge you have read and agree with the above policy.
